Funeral Services will be held at River Of Life Church in Portage, Wisconsin, on Saturday, November 7,2020 at 2 pm, with Aaron Ramquist officiating.

The family would like to express special thanks to Sheila's dear friend and long time caregiver, Jordan Sommers.

Visitation will be held at the church from 1 pm.

Inurnment will follow at Silver Lake Cemetery.

Sheila is survived by her son, Noah Locke and his father Richard Locke; her sister Sheryl Bates and brother Mike Thoennes; her nieces Emily Bates, Deanna Pyatt, Lauren Isaac Armstrong, Ashleigh Pyatt and Stephanie Pyatt; her beloved kitty, Jasper and many other loved family and friends.
